1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

1.2 Shipping Destinations & Transit Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days (additional charges apply)

Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Transit times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and carrier delays.

1.3 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery destination. We reserve the right to modify shipping fees for any reason.

1.4 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey.

1.5 Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, you, the customer, are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost. HK XunH Limited is not responsible for these charges and cannot predict what they may be.


2. Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked return policy from the date you receive your item(s).

2.1 Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance.”
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered from their original state.

2.3 Initiating a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 14 days of receiving your order, email us at vip@beltequipment.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Returns shipped without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  3. Ship Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) and ship them to the address we provide. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

2.4 Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

2.5 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
  • Refund Processing Time: Please allow at least 14 business days for the refund to be processed and posted to your bank or credit card account. The total time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution’s processing times.
  • PayPal Refunds: For payments made via PayPal, please allow at least 14 business days for the refund to be processed. Please be aware that in some regions, local laws governing electronic payments may require PayPal refund processing to take up to 30 days. HK XunH Limited adheres to these legal requirements, and we appreciate your patience.

You will receive a credit for the value of the returned product, minus the original outbound shipping cost (if any) and the cost of return shipping.

2.6 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at vip@beltequipment.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
